Call to Order Roll Call Committee Of The Whole Daniel Hammill, Chair April Barker; Gene Knutson; Pinky Vargas; Terry Bornemann; Michael Lilliquist, Hannah Stone Alan Marriner began with a brief explanation of the closed record hearings. 22282 1. A Closed Record Hearing to Consider a Partial Street Vacation of South State Street Abutting 614 and 622 11th Street, Generally Located Between Bayview Drive and Easton Avenue Gene Knutson / Pinky Vargas moved to approve the Hearing Examiners findings and conclusion and approved the vacation. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. Gene Knutson / Pinky Vargas moved to approve the proposed form and amount of compensation as recommended by Staff. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. April Barker / Gene Knutson moved to bring this item forward for first and second reading at tonight's meeting. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 22283 2. A Closed Record Hearing to Consider a Partial Street Vacation of Bayview Drive Abutting 524 Bayview Drive April Barker / Gene Knutson moved to approve the Hearing Examiners findings and conclusion and approved the vacation. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. April Barker / Gene Knutson moved to approve the proposed form and amount of compensation as recommended by Staff. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. A Closed Record Hearing to Consider a Petition to Vacate 2,335 Square Feet of Unimproved Right-of-Way at the Southeastern End of Rimland Drive Michael Lilliquist / Pinky Vargas moved to approve the Hearing Examiners findings and conclusion and approved the vacation. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. Michael Lilliquist / Pinky Vargas moved to approve the proposed form and amount of compensation as recommended by Staff. MOTION CARRIED 7-0.
