Homelessness and Shelter Discussion
• Overview of County investments with Anne Deacon
• Recap of City shelter spending and plans
• Repercussions of Fountain Community Church cold weather shelter closure
Sustainable Budget Strategies Discussion
• New and renewed strategies
• Revenue sources such as TBD, EMS, etc.
• HB 1406 and any other new legislative revenue sources - timing and
repercussions
• Emergency reserves and unrestricted reserves
• Public safety as it relates to annexation phasing plans

The City Council Retreat adjourned at 1:59 PM.
