22318 1. Consideration of a Street Vacation of the Entire Portion of Dakota Avenue
Between Ferry and Adams Avenues in the Happy Valley Neighborhood
Alan Marriner, Deputy City Attorney, introduced the street vacation petition for
South State Street. He recommended a motion be made to consider the first
and second reading of the ordinance which includes accepting the Hearing
Examiner’s recommendations and full compensation.
Pinky Vargas/Gene Knutson moved to approve the Hearing Examiner’s
recommendations and full compensation. MOTION CARRIED 7-0.
April Barker/Gene Knutson moved for first and second reading of the ordinance.
MOTION CARRIED 7-0.
