Call to Order Council President Dan Hammill called the meeting to order. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. COUNCIL PRESIDENT: Gene Knutson Council President Hammill turned the gavel over to Council President Knutson, who chaired the remainder of the meeting. Dan Hammill nominated Hannah Stone for Council President Pro Tempore. MOTION CARRIED 7-0.
