TBD BOARD MEMBERS: Chair: Gene Knutson Terry Bornemann, Jack Weiss, Roxanne Murphy, Pinky Vargas, Michael Lilliquist, Daniel Hammill Also Present: Brian Henshaw, TBD Secretary/Treasurer Peter Ruffatto, TBD Legal Advisor Ted Carlson, Public Works Director CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 12:05 by Chair Gene Knutson. AGENDA ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes Jack Weiss/Roxanne Murphy moved approval of the November 24, 2014, minutes as submitted MOTION PASSED 7-0 2. 2014 Financial Review INFORMATION ONLY Presented by Brian Henshaw, Finance Director 3. 2014 Project Review INFORMATION ONLY Presented by Ted Carlson, Public Works Director 1  4. Contract Renewal Discussion Jack Weiss/Dan Hammill moved to direct staff to return with the appropriate figures allowing the contract extension, but amending it so that the TBD would supply 2/3 of the cost of Sunday service in 2016 and WTA would provide 1/3 of the cost of Sunday service in 2016. MOTION PASSED 5-2; Opposed: Gene Knutson and Pinky Vargas Ted Carlson will work with the WTA to do a contract amendment for the TBD Board to formally approve. Jim McCabe, Chair of the Transportation Commission (TC), gave a presentation update on the TC.
