Motion passed. . Holly Street Bike Lane Project p. 6 Freeman Anthony presented an update on the Holly Street Bike Lane Project. City staff answered commissioner questions. . Meeting Calendar for 2026 p. 41 Mike Wilson presented a draft of the meeting calendar for 2026. . Staff Report p. 45 Dylan Casper gave an update on the status of the Bellingham Plan. Discussion about remaining items on 2025 work plan. Chair Report We have one vacancy on commission. Interviews will be November 19. Announcements Bellingham Walk & Roll had a Thanksgiving event on Saturday, November 8 to raise funds for Bellingham Food Bank. They had 130 people participate.
