Public Comment Agenda Items . Nutrient Reduction Evaluation (NRE) Update p. 2 WRAB members received an update on Nutrient Reduction Evaluation efforts from Tadd Giesbrecht and Anne Conklin: Carollo Engineering: Introduction to the Nitrogen Issue. . Overview of Stormwater Management Program p. 34 Jason Porter, Public Works: Natural Resources Surface & Stormwater Utility Manager, provided an overview of the Stormwater Management Program. . Draft Lake Whatcom 5-Year Work Plan p. 35 Renee LaCroix provided an update on the 5-year LWMP Work Plan. 300 comments were received, and staff need more time to respond to the comments, coordinate within the three partners (City of Bellingham, Whatcom County and Lake Whatcom Water & Sewer District) and revise the draft plan.
