This is the 10% State share for PW 3821, repair of docks, solar power controls and piers, which was completed in 2015 6) Resolution: _____ Approve Reconciliation and Reimbursement to the Concessionaire for National Grid Natural Gas utilized by the Golf Course Men’s Locker Room and the Grill Room 7) Resolution # _____ Approve reimbursement of a Golf Membership due to a Mr. Lawless’s passing at the beginning of the golf season in the amount of $5,300 8) Resolution # ____ Approve Howells Creek Erosion Project Timeline and Fee Proposal– Ben Spratford of GEI Consultants, Inc P.C. (GEI) fee $25,050 for permitting and $12,000 for project design; “not exceed” total fee $37,050. Monthly invoice will be submitted for each phase and the contract can be terminated at any time with notice. 9) Resolution # _____ Golf Course Security on July 4th regarding illegal firework display (Kristy Allen, 28 S. Howells Pt. Rd. as offered to pay the fee for a Code Officer for Friday-Monday from 8PM-Midnight; the rate will be a pass through). They have submitted their insurance certificate naming the Village as additional insured. 12) Resolution # _____ Approve ID cards for adult children of residents with signed affidavit, recommended fee is $125 per person. 13) Resolution # _____ Approve remediation of invasive bamboo from village property on Mott Drive to the adjacent property to the north at 17 Mott Lane 14) Resolution # _____ Accept and approve the Fire Island National Seashore (FINS) Permit for the Removal of the Pavilion. The Village wishes to thank FINS for all its support and patience. 15) Resolution # ____ Approve the Board Meeting Minutes of May 23, 2022 16) Updates: • The Gate for Mothers’ Beach is fully operational. The gate will open every day at dawn and close at dusk, 365 days a year. The Village wishes to thank the Bellport Village Program for all their support, hard work, patience and generous donation. • The Waterfront Commission has begun working on the design of the project both for the Bellport Marina Basin and Ho Hum Beach Marina. The Grant Award of up to $2.8M, at 75% of the total cost, whereby the Village would fund the remaining 25%, or $933,333, for a total potential project of $3,733,333. This 2021 Congressional Spending Allocation Grant Award is offered by the Federal Government through HUD. • Still pending is the submission for the 2022 Congressional Spending Allocation Grant: Pursuing $3.3M Grant for Howells Point Coastal Flood Resiliency Project – Howells Creek erosion project and Terminus of the following roads: South Howells, Thornhedge, and Otis • Sustainability Project with Johnson Controls – Bellport Environmental Committee • Engage Utility Audit Firm to possibly retrieve funds that were incorrectly billed, due to overcharges, etc. Review of firms. 17) Resolution # ____ Approve the following Special Events: a) Bellport Brewery Fundraiser, Saturday June 25, 2022, 3pm -11pm, stipulation: no amplified music Page | 3  Draft: June 22, 2022 b) Bellport Bay Sailing Foundation – Old Man Opti Race, Tuesday, July 12, 2022 5pm – 9pm. (Sailboat race fundraiser for non -for profit) c) Friends of Bellport Bay – Friday morning sessions at the Marina and Mothers’ Beach: July 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2022, 9AM-12 noon d) Bellport Program Fund – Mother’s Beach Wednesday, July 13, 2022, 4pm- 8:30pm, Bellport Village Families Meet and Greet - Flo’s Truck will be on-site to purchase food and beverages. e) Sailing Foundation – NYS Optimist Championship 9/10-9/11, 2022 Close Page | 4
