3) Approve the Works List for Whalehouse Point Ferry fall and spring projects 2024-2025
in the amount of $17,830.00 as presented.
4) Approve the General Fund Expenditures Abstract Report Consisting of 61 vendors
totaling $374,577.39 as presented.
5) Approve the Enterprise Fund Checking Abstract Report consisting of 21 vendors
totaling $105,299.88 as presented.
6) Approve the Capital Browns & Dock Abstract Report consisting of 2 vendors totaling
$1,300.88 as presented.
7) Approve the Village of Bellport Annual Disclosure Statement and Financial Disclosure
Form to comply with filing of Financial Disclosures and Code of Ethics as presented.

8) Approve the proposal from Brian McCaffrey to prepare Village of Bellport’s 6-month
MS4 Interim Progress Certification Proposal No.VOB-2024-01 at a fee of $500.00 as
presented.
9) Approve the budgetary proposal from Eldor for Ho Hum Marina Off Grid PV and
battery based electrical system installation with Ground Screw Foundation in the
amount of $158,406.60 as presented.
10) Approve Civic Plus to provide supplement services for local laws sent to the state that
are added or changed to the Village Code at a cost of $1,000 annually. The Village
has used this service since 2008 as presented.
11) Approve the request to use the Community Center on November 30, 2024 6:00 pm -
10:00 pm for a Corn Hole tournament as presented.
12) Approve the request to use the Community Center on December 15, 2024 3:00 pm –
7:00 pm for the Bellport Youth Cheer end of year dance as presented.
13) Approve the request to use the Community Center from the South Bay Art Association
for monthly meetings as follows: January 15, 2025, February 19, 2025, March 19,
2025, April 16, 2025, June 18, 2025, August 20, 2025, September 17, 2025, and
October 15, 2025 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm as presented.
14) Approve the request to use the Community Center from the South Bay Art Association
for Nita Elder Student Scholarship Exhibitions & Awards as follows: February 28, 2025
(5:00 pm – 8:30 pm), March 1, 2025 (10:00 am – 9:00 pm) March 2, 2025 (10:00 am
– 3:00 pm) as presented.
15) Approve the request to use the Community Center from the South Bay Art Association
for Annual Member Exhibition as follows: May 23, 2025 (5:30 pm -8:30 pm), May 24,
2025 (9:30 am – 8:30 pm), May 25, 2025 (9:30 am – 8:30 pm), and May 26, 2025
(10:00 am – 3:00 pm) as presented.
16) Approve the request from the South Bay Art Association for the closing of streets as
attached for Artists on the Lane, July 4, 2025 from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm as presented.
Requesting drop off of supplies at the Community Center on July 3, 2025 at 6:30 pm.
17) Approve the request to use the Community Center from the South Bay Art Association
for Annual Membership Meeting & Election on November 9, 2025 from 11:30 am –
3:00 pm as presented.

18) Approve the request from Mary Immaculate Church/New York Blood Center to use
the Community Center on February 9, 2025 from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm for a Blood Drive
as presented.
19)Review the quotation from Storr Tractor Company for a Workman GTX Lifted Lithium
light duty vehicle totaling $18,024.48. The cost will be offset by a grant under Clean
Energy Communities Program in the amount of $15,000.00 as presented.
19) Approve the correction from Board Meeting October 28, 2024 for the approval of the
Capital Browns & Dock consisting of 2 vendors totaling $15,748.75 as presented.

22) Approve Angus Graham as a Building Inspector from December 3, 2024 to January
3, 2025 at a rate $37.14 per hour to fill in for Peter Sarich as presented.
