Introduction of Jenn Ditta from Cullen & Danowski to present the audit of the Tentative
Financial Statements from June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024 as presented.
Resolution: Approve the proposed Tentative Financial Statements from June 1, 2023 –
May 31, 2024 as presented by Jenn Ditta.
Marina Project discussion by Board.
Open to Public
Resolution: Approve the proposed Marina Project.
Resolution: Approve the setting of a Public Hearing for January 27, 2025 to consider
enacting the proposed Introductory Local Law #2 of 2025 overriding the 2% tax cap as
established in General Municipal Law § 3-c as it necessary to adopt a budget that requires
a tax levy greater than the tax levy limit.
