Recognize City of Belton’s Lena Armstrong Public Library for being awarded the 2025 Achievement of Excellence in Libraries Award from the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association. 4. Recognize the City of Belton’s Finance Department for receiving the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for the 34th consecutive year. Consider a resolution nominating the City’s candidate for election to the Board of Directors of the Central Texas Water Supply Corporation. 8. Consider a resolution authorizing the submission of an application for membership in the Central Texas Water Alliance. Regular Agenda 9. Receive a presentation on the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2025. 10. Consider an ordinance amending Section 38.18 of the Zoning Ordinance related to High Profile Monument Sign Height on properties with I-35 and I-14 frontage. Work Session 11.
