A. Bethel Park Website Redesign, Redevelopment, and hosting of

Staff recommends that Council approve the Munission proposal for $15,000.00.
B. 2024 Computer Workstation Refresh
IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve this proposal from All-
Lines Technology for $30,186.00.
C. 2024 Police Patrol Car MDT replacement for two vehicles
IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve this proposal from
Brite, Inc. for $11,960.00.
D. Firewall Configuration and Replacement for Public Works and the Municipal
Building.
IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve the proposal from All-
Lines Technology for the planning, configuration, and deployment of the new Public
Works and Municipal firewalls for $13,199.60.
E. Redundant Network Switches – Configuration and Deployment
IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve the proposal from All-
Lines Technology Inc. for $31,900.
F. IT Replacement of Obsolete model Mitel phones
IT recommends that Council approve $7,754.50 for the purchase of 26 new Mitel
phones from current phone service provider Third Generation, Inc.
G. BPVFD Tax Credit
Discussion Item
Consideration of a 100% tax credit for volunteer firefighters.
H. Replacement of Police Call Recorders
IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve this proposal from
Third Generation, Inc. for $28,952.12 for replacing the call recorders. This proposal
includes equipment and installation labor.

Staff recommends acceptance of low bid of $19,400.00 from Ron Pardini to demolish

asbestos abatement.
