Bethel Park Website Redesign, Redevelopment, and hosting of BethelParkPa.gov Staff recommends that Council approve the Munission proposal for $15,000.00. B. 2024 Computer Workstation Refresh IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve this proposal from All- Lines Technology for $30,186.00. C. 2024 Police Patrol Car MDT replacement for two vehicles IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve this proposal from Brite, Inc. for $11,960.00. D. Firewall Configuration and Replacement for Public Works and the Municipal Building. IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve the proposal from All- Lines Technology for the planning, configuration, and deployment of the new Public Works and Municipal firewalls for $13,199.60. E. Redundant Network Switches – Configuration and Deployment IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve the proposal from All- Lines Technology Inc. for $31,900. F. IT Replacement of Obsolete model Mitel phones IT recommends that Council approve $7,754.50 for the purchase of 26 new Mitel phones from current phone service provider Third Generation, Inc. G. BPVFD Tax Credit Discussion Item Consideration of a 100% tax credit for volunteer firefighters. H. Replacement of Police Call Recorders IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve this proposal from Third Generation, Inc. for $28,952.12 for replacing the call recorders. L. 2024 Fireworks Proposals Staff recommends placing this item on the February 12, 2024 Regular Council Meeting agenda. M. 2024 Salary Ordinance Staff recommends that we seek authorization to advertise Ordinance No. 1-22-24 for the 2024 salaries. Proposals for the demolition of 4477/4475 2nd Street Staff recommends acceptance of low bid of $19,400.00 from Ron Pardini to demolish the house at 4475/4477 2nd Street. Staff recommends acceptance of $4,122.00 from American Contracting Enterprises for asbestos abatement. B. Proposals for the demolition of 2403 Milford Dr. Staff recommends acceptance of low bid of $16,300 from Ron Pardini to demolish the house at 2403 Milford Dr. C. 2024 Sanitary Sewer Program Recommendations Discussion Item D. 2024 Storm Sewer Maintenance and Repair Contract Approval to proceed to bid with the 2024 Storm Sewer Maintenance and Repair contract and 2024 CCTV inspection and cleaning contract.
