Bethel Park Website Redesign, Redevelopment, and Hosting of BethelParkPa.gov IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve the proposal from Munission for the redesign, development, and hosting of the BethelParkpa.gov website for a one-time fee of $15,000. B. Recreation Challenge Grants 2024 Staff recommends that we approve the Bethel Park Recreation Challenge Grants (2) to be approved by Emily Skoczlas, Susan Dolinar, and Kristen Denne. C. Splash Park Operational Policy For Discussion Only D. Shade Tree Commission - Increase Membership Ordinance to be prepared by the Solicitor. Citizens Comments - Health Safety and Welfare Items Health Safety and Welfare Items A. 2024 Backup 5G Internet Access in Police Dispatch IT Administration respectfully recommends that Council approve the proposal from Aargent Voice and Data Solutions for $1,585.50, and the proposal from Industrial Networking Solutions for $2,879.97 for a grand total of $4,465.47. Viper Fang 20 Purchase Staff recommends seeking approval to purchase a Viper Fang 20, a 20" floor scrubber from Nilfisk at the cost of $5,235.45 (Pennsylvania State Contract #4400020281). This purchase would be a replacement for the one that we have, this piece of equipment is eight years old and no longer can be repaired. I will place the old one on Municibid. The funds would come from 01-406-540. B. Highfield and Shamrock Parcel Donation Staff recommends completing the donation of the Highfield (667-J-200) and Shamrock (774-H-200) parcels from NVR (Ryan Homes) to the Municipality. We will require a new survey for the boundaries of the parcels. C. Willow Street Sheriff Sale For Discussion Only D. Dagostino Electronic Services DES/Cameras Community Center/Splash Park Staff recommends the approval to upgrade and add additional cameras to the Community Center and the Splash Park at the cost of $89,899.00 from Dagostino Electronic Services. The funds will come from 06-402-451-2401 and 06-402-705-2024. E. Security Cameras in Millennium Park Staff recommends approval for the purchase and installation of security cameras in Millenium Park at the cost of $117,865.00. Funds will come from 06-451-979-2022.
