Miner’s Park Bathroom – Change Orders A. Acceptance of Newman Plumbing’s Change Order #1 for the addition of a hot water tank and mop sink to the Miner’s Park bathroom project, for an increase to the contract in the amount of $5,640. B. Acceptance of Laurel Electrical Services' Change Order #1 for the electric required for the hot water tank to the Miner’s Park bathroom project, for an increase to the contract in the amount of $2,000. F. 2025 Storm Sewer CCTV & Cleaning Contract - Pay Application Approval of Pay Application #1 in the amount of $46,501.47 from the Capital Budget CCTV & Cleaning Capital Projects, line item 06-430-753-2502. G. 2025 Sanitary Sewer Projects - Change Order and Pay Applications A.
