Road Program - Staff recommends acceptance of the low bid of $1,533,890.50 from Mele & Mele & Sons for the combined Base Bid, Alternate #1, and Alternate #2. Staff is requesting these items be placed on the March 8, 2021 Regular Council Meeting Agenda. B.
