Due to the unique situation in our current construction market at this time, staff and the project manager feels that acceptance of the bids at this time would not represent a good value to the Municipality. Motion: I move that we reject all bids for the renovation of the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company Renovation Project for the Clifton Road Fire Station. Dream Greener – Partial Security Reduction No. 2 - Attachments Motion: I move that we approve the Dream Greener partial security reduction no. 2 for the amount of $547,579.51 per the Municipal Planner’s memorandum dated May 31, 2022. B. 2022 Pine Tree Park Playground Upgrade Staff recommends the acceptance of the Option 5 bid from Kompan Inc. for $177,077.30. C. Orchard Drive to Orchard Avenue Ordinance - Attachments Motion: I move that we approve Ordinance No. 6-13-22 To change Orchard Drive to Orchard Avenue.
