A. Ordinance Approving Acceptance of Donation of 667-J-200 and 774-H-200
Staff recommends moving forward with the Ordinance approving the acceptance of the
donation of parcels 667-J-200 and 774-H-200.
B. SHACOG Garbage Bid
Staff recommends moving forward with the approval of the Waste Management
proposal (a preliminary estimated total of $20,226,180 over the span of the contract) to
be placed on the August 14 Regular Council Meeting agenda.

Staff recommends moving forward with the Ordinance approving no left turns from

Discussion item regarding hiring of a new Police Officer.

Staff recommends that Council include this item on the August 14th regular meeting
agenda for approval.
B. Parking Lot, Splash Park
Discussion Item. Looking to confirm timeline for plan of approval and to see if it is
possible to go directly from the Planning Committee meeting approval in August to the
August 14 Council meeting for vote.
C. Enclave Bond Reduction
Staff recommends moving forward with The Enclave at Cool Springs, Major
Subdivision 2021-0158, Bond Reduction Request No. 7.

Staff recommends placing the purchase of the 8-Ton International Salt/Dump truck
from O.S. Hill Truck Sales and Stevenson Equipment in the amount of $270,607 on the
August 14 Regular Council Meeting agenda.
