Coen Markets – Intermunicipal Liquor License Transfer - 5281 Library Road Council to confirm holding a public hearing on Monday, September 11th with a 6:45 pm start time. C. Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Medical Marijuana Facilities Discussion Only. Motion: I move to release the remaining funds secured in the Site Bond currently in place as the project has come to an end. E. Bradford Egan Rezoning Application 391 McMurray Road Request to Rezone from R-1 to R-4 Informational Only. F. Bethel Park Shopping Center Subdivision of Parcels B & C Major Subdivision #2023-303 Status Update – Deadline Date to Act 9-30-23 In the event the applicant does not grant another extension of time to the Municipality to act on the plan, staff recommends Council place the subdivision application on the September 11th agenda and take action to avoid a deemed approval.
