A. Industrial Appraisal Company Invoice - Completion of Revaluation of Municipal
Assets
Motion: I move to approve the Industrial Appraisal Company invoice in the amount of
$19,475.00 for the completion of the revaluation of Municipal Assets.
B. Proposed Ordinance Adoption - Seasonal Vehicle Vendors
Motion: I move to approve Ordinance #8-12-24A, an Ordinance to add a separate
license fee for applicants that seasonally sell or market merchandise or food items
exclusively from the confines of a vehicle.
C. Proposed Ordinance Adoption - Prevent Use of Municipal Park Facilities for
Private or Other Pecuniary Benefit
Motion: I move to approve Ordinance #8-12-24B, an Ordinance to prevent the use of
municipal park facilities designated for a specific activity for private lessons or other
pecuniary benefit.

Motion: I move to approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from the Office
of the District Attorney and our involvement with the Project Lifesaver Special
Response Team.

Into the Municipality of Bethel Park @ 1778 N. Highland Road from the Borough
of Baldwin
Motion: I move to approve Resolution No. R8-12-24A for the transfer of Restaurant
Liquor License No. R-12201 into the Municipality of Bethel Park at 1778 N. Highland
Road from the Borough of Baldwin as requested by the applicant, Stoybros LLC.

Project Closeout - Request for Final Security Release
Motion: I move to approve the release of the remaining funds secured in the Site Bond
and in escrow as the project has come to an end.

Motion: I move to approve the purchase one hundred and eighty (180), 95-gallon trash
toters from Rehrig Pacific at the cost of $12,035.00. Funds will come from budget
number 01 427 621.

B. Resolution Approving Grant Application for Signal Upgrade - Kings School Road
& Rt. 88
Motion: I move to approve Resolution 8-12-24B requesting a Multimodal
Transportation Fund Grant of $259,800.00 from the Commonwealth Financing
Authority to be used for improvements to the intersection of Library Road (SR 0088)
and Kings School Road.
C. Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Station - Clifton Station Renovations - Change Order
001
Motion: I move to approve the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Station, Clifton Station
Renovations Change Order 001 for additional painting work at Existing
Laundry/Electrical Room & Stairwell by FMS Construction Company in the amount of
$1,123.50.
