COUNTY TIMES, the CAMDEN COURIER POST, filed with the Municipal Clerk, and
mailed to all persons who requested and paid for such notice.

ORDINANCE 2014-11: SECOND READING/PUBLIC HEARING/ADOPTION
An Ordinance of the City of Beverly establishing a new Chapter XXII of
the General Code of the City of Beverly entitled “Towing and Storage”.
ORDINANCE 2014-13: SECOND READING/PUBLIC HEARING/ADOPTION
An Ordinance amending Chapter XXI of the Code of the City of Beverly
entitled “Fees” to adjust Pet Licensing fees and Late Fees.
ORDINANCE 2014-14: SECOND READING/PUBLIC HEARING/ADOPTION
An Ordinance revising and amending Chapter VIII entitled “Taxicabs” of
the Code of the City of Beverly.
RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION 2014-163
A Resolution refunding overpaid taxes on Block 417/Lot 8 in the amount
of $1,460.87 to Nationstar Mortgage.
RESOLUTION 2014-164
A Resolution authorizing the Transfer of 2014 Budget Appropriations.
RESOLUTION 2014-165
A Resolution approving Bingo License #BA-2014-1 to Good Counsel, Inc.,
Registration Identification 214-4-40698, Expiration Date 10/31/2016,
for Bingo to be held 1/25/2015 at 805 Warren Street, Beverly, NJ
08010, with all fees being paid, all documentation in order, and per
the attached Findings and Determination to be submitted to the NJ
State Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission relative to same.
RESOLUTION 2014-166
A Resolution, in accordance with Beverly City Policy and Procedures,
authorizing one week Vacation sell-back in the amount of $570.43 to
Public Works employee Sheldon Merritt.
RESOLUTION 2014-167
A Resolution authorizing a transfer of funds by the Beverly Tax
Collector in the amount of $29,227.30 from the Beverly City Current
Fund to the Beverly Sewerage Authority Account for monies collected
during the 2014 Beverly City Tax Sale for Sewer delinquencies in the
2013 Calendar Year.

RESOLUTION 2014-168
A Resolution approving and authorizing a Contract Agreement between
the City of Beverly and The Beverly Police Association, covering the
period from January 1, 2014 through and including December 31, 2016,
in accordance with the attached documentation; pending approval of the
State Appointed Fiscal Monitor.
RESOLUTION 2014-169
A Resolution refunding overpaid Taxes on Block 625/Lot 10 in the
amount of $1,699.07 to BAC Tax Service.
RESOLUTION 2014-170
A Resolution in opposition to the proposed Hazardous Waste Treatment
Facility in the Keystone Industrial Port Complex in Falls Township,
Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
