PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY  2 ORDINANCES ORDINANCE 2015-1: INTRODUCTION/FIRST READING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEVERLY ESTABLISHING CERTAIN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENTS TO THE CITY OF BEVERLY. Said Ordinance will come before Council for Second Reading/Public Hearing and Adoption at their March 10, 2015 meeting at 7PM at Beverly City Hall, 446 Broad Street, Beverly, NJ 08010 at which time all those wishing to be heard on same will be so heard. Copies of said Ordinance are available for review at the Office of the Municipal Clerk, at the address shown, during regular business hours, M-F 9AM- 5PM. RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION 2015-63 A Resolution authorizing the refund of tax payments in the amount of $444.57 to Lien Holder, DSHC Enterprises, LLC, on Block 1171/Lot 9 in the City of Beverly. RESOLUTION 2015-64 A Resolution supporting, recognizing, and honoring the service of Law Enforcement Officers. RESOLUTION 2015-65 A Resolution authorizing Discharge of Mortgage on Beverly City property 41 Pine Street, a/k/a Block 1486/Lot 19, Springfield Township RCA, all documentation being in order, and Mortgage payoff in the amount of $3,615.00 being received. OLD BUSINESS 1. Reminder: BURLCOJIF Elected Officials Risk Management Seminar – Wednesday, March 11, 2015, Charley’s Other Brother, 5:30-6PM for Registration and 6-8PM for Seminar. All are required to attend. NEW BUSINESS 1. Request from the Beverly City Construction Office through Technical Assistant Vicki Sereduk, CTA, for Council’s support via endorsement of the attached sample letter supporting the inclusion of the New Jersey Association of Technical Assistants (NJATA) in the New Jersey League of Municipalities. BILL LIST Approval of the February 24, 2015 Bill List.  3 CORRESPONDENCE – (Note that all Correspondence will be handled/filed by and in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.) 1. Burlington County Bridge Commission – Request to be placed on Council’s March 10, 2015 Agenda for the Commission to present and update Council regarding the County’s buy local program: “Shop Burlington County First”.
