Public Comment 4. Discuss and approve Committee appointments 5. Discuss 2023-2024 Committee programs of work 6. The Board of Trustees may vote to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to consider compensation for a non-elect staff position. Discussion and possible motion to reconvene in open session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning matter discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the agenda. 7.
