Approve minutes of March 10th Regular Board Meeting 4. Public Comment 5. Finance & Budget Committee: Review all bills, non-lapsing accounts, and journal entries for the Village and Utilities departments; Review FD new budget line items; Review Auditor journal entries. 6. Treasurer’s Report: Report of expenditures and receipts for March; 7. Biron Volunteer Fire Department: Monthly Summary 8. Personnel Committee: The Board of Trustees may vote to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to consider compensation for a non-elect staff position.;Discussion and possible motion to reconvene in open session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning matter discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the agenda. 9. Legislative, Ordinance & Zoning Committee: Review minutes from April meeting; Review Short Term Rental Packet; Review updated Ordinances 17.25, 17.26, 17.27, 17.28 for conditional use and Part 1 of revised Chapter 17 to include Short Term Rentals; Review CSM 6061; Review quote from eCode for recodification services. 10. Public Works: Discussion on costs of CTH U watermain project update; Discussion and possible action on amending Resolution 24-04; Discussion and possible action on preventative maintenance for lift stations; Discussion and possible action on equipment replacement; Discussion and possible action on upcoming Bridgewater projects. 11. Public Property, Safety and Recreation Committee: Review minutes from April meeting. 12. Water Utility Committee: Discussion and possible action on Conveyance of Rights in land and temporary construction easement for CTH U project; Discussion and possible action on temporary hydro-pneumatic pressure tank proposal. 13. Wastewater Treatment Commission: Approve minutes March 12th meeting 14. New Business 15. Clerk’s Report: Oath’s of office for newly elected officials; Newsletter update; Discussion and possible action on County Road Aid Program; Confirm upcoming meeting dates for Board of Review and Annual Meeting; Discussion on upcoming events and meetings 16.
