Finance & Budget Committee: Review all bills, time sheets, non-lapsing accounts, and journal entires for the Village and Utiliy accounts. 6. Clerk/Treasurer Report: Report of expenditures and receipts for July 7. Biron Volunteer Fire Department: July Summary 8. Personnel Committee: Discussion on Colonial Life employee benefits package; Discussion and possible action on 2026 wage increases and employee contribution for insurance. 9. Legislative, Ordinance & Zoning Committee: Discussion and possible action on resolution 25- 05 amending comprehensive plan; discussion and possible action on resolution 25-06 to rezone parcel 2400003C; discussion and possible action on resolution 25-04 CSM from Membrane Specialists Systems diving parcel 2400081A into two lots; discussion and possbile action on floodplain land use permit; discussion on ordinance violations. 10. Public Works: Discussion on flooding along Shore Acres Drive and resident letter; Discussion on necessary agreement with resident prior to village crew preforming work; discussion and possible action on sewer rehabilitation proposal; discussion and possible action on telemetry proposals for flow metering stations; updates on Huffman Road project; discussion and possible action on early allocation for heating the pole shed; Superintendent Report 11. President’s Report: Review proposed second amendment to the Development agreement with MSS Estates LLC; Review 2025 Biron Loan Summary and TID Increment report; Review 2024 Bridgewater projects and costs to date and remaining expenses; Review projected available TID increment report; Discussion and possible action on annual payment to Classic Development; The Board of Trustees may vote to enter into Closed session per Wis.Statue §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Discussion and possible motion to reconvene in open session pursuant to Wis.Statue §19.85(2) for possible addional discussion and/or action concerning matters discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished items remaining on the agenda. 16.
