FINANCE COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
October 9th, 2024 7:30 a.m.
Members present: Patty Gapen, Chairperson; Tammy Steward, Jamie Biegel
Also present: Samantha Daugherty and Kayla Lumaye
Chairperson Patty Gapen called the meeting to order at 7:35 a.m.
The committee reviewed all bills, non-lapsing accounts journal entries, and time sheets.
Motion Gapen, second Steward to recommend the Board’s approval of all bills and
journal entries, for Wastewater and Water Utility departments and Village. Motion
carried.
The committee discussed payment to ODC for printing and mailing 400 copies of the
newsletter and will divide total payment between committees.
Next meeting date: November 8th, 2024 at 7:30am
