FINANCE COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
November 6th, 2024, 7:30 a.m.
Members present: Patty Gapen, Chairperson; Tammy Steward, Jamie Biegel
Also present: Samantha Daugherty
Chairperson Patty Gapen called the meeting to order at 7:35 a.m.
The committee reviewed all bills, non-lapsing accounts journal entries, and time sheets.
Motion Gapen, second Biegel to recommend the Board’s approval of all bills and journal
entries, for Wastewater and Water Utility departments and Village. Motion carried.
Steward discussed adding the non-lapsing contributions to the December agenda to be
sure the allocations are made for the upcoming year.
Next meeting date: December 4th, 2024, at 7:30am
