NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING VILLAGE OF BIRON, WISCONSIN Notice is Hereby Given that the Village of Biron will hold a Joint Review Board meeting on December 16, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. This meeting will take place at the Village Hall, located at 451 Kahoun Road, Wisconsin Rapids. Review a Cash Flow Analysis showing that Tax Incremental District No. 1 cannot repay project costs within its maximum life, and consider approval by resolution; Wisconsin State Statutes 66.1105(7)(am)1, 2, 3 (“Standard 3 Year Extension”) in order to allow for additional time to pay incurred project costs. 2. Review a Cash Flow Analysis showing that Tax Incremental District No. 2 increment was negatively impacted by 2013 Act 145, and consider approval by resolution; Wisconsin State Statutes 66.1105(7)(am)4 (“Technical College 3 Year Extension”) in order to allow for additional time to pay incurred project costs. 3. Review Annual PE-300 Reports and the performance and status of the Village’s active Tax Incremental Districts (No. 1, 2 & 3) as required by Wis. Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f). 4. Approve “Resolution Acknowledging Filing of Annual Reports and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement.” The meeting is open to the public. Copies of the annual reports and Cash Flow Analysis will be available for viewing in the offices of the Village Clerk at the Biron Village Hall, located at 451 Kahoun Road, Wisconsin Rapids, during normal business hours and will be provided upon request.
