LEGISLATIVE, ORDINANCE AND ZONING COMMITTEE MINUTES Monday May 18th, 2026 4:00p.m. MEMBERS: Tim McKellips, Chairperson; Mark Honkomp, Tammy Steward via phone. Also present Clerk/Treasurer Samantha Daugherty. 1. Call to Order – Chair Tim McKellips called the meeting to order at 4:18pm. There was confusion about the start time. Clerk determined she had the meeting at 4pm and members had the meeting at 5pm. Posted as 4pm. 2. Discussion and possible action on the following applications: a. Class “A” Beer and “Class A” (Cider only) license for Kwik Trip Store 23115, Steve Wiskerchen, Agent; b. Reserve “Class B” Liquor license and Class “B” beer license for Anchor Bay Bar and Grill, LLC, Drew Hamel, Agent; c. Class “B” Liquor and “Class B” liquor license for Somewhere Else, Robert Larsen, Agent; d. “Class B” Liquor license and Class “B” Beer license for Rooted In Red, LLC; Rochelle Hoffman Agent; e. Class “A” Beer and “Class A” Liquor license for Dollar General Store #23115, Jason Stankowski Agent; f. Cigarette, Tobacco Products, Electronic vaping device license applications for Kwik Trip Store #331, Agent Steven Wiskerchen; g. Cigarette and Tobacco Products license for Dollar General Store #23115 Jason Stankowski Agent. The clerk presented the above applications and the committee discussed the applications for the above establishments. All applications were complete. Motion Honkomp second Steward to approve the applications and recommend the board’s approval. Motion carried. 3. Discussion and possible action on Bartender applications - Discussed not all bartender/operator applications have been submitted however there is still time to gather those before the June board meeting. Committee reviewed the applications that were submitted. Motion Honkomp second Steward to approve the applications and recommend the board approval. Motion carried. 4. Set next meeting date – During the discussion of next meeting date there was discussion on previous complaints and letters that were sent. Committee has not set another meeting date for June and will be looking at July or August for the next meeting.
