3. Discussion on wastewater agreement and meeting with MSA –

wanting MSA’s guidance on what to include in our statement and presentation to the
consultant. Dan gave some recommendations. At this time MSA has not been
contracted to do any work.
4. Discussion and possible action on telemetry for both flow metering stations –
Kayla spoke with Bill from B&M and he thought that Wisconsin Rapids system was 30
years old and would not have enough memory to connect to both of our systems. Derek,

how we can integrate into their system. Kayla presented an invoice from B&M totaling
$5,392.50 to replace the flow metering station meter.
5. Discussion on sanitary sewer break –
The DNR sent the Village a notice of non-compliance due to the force main break. With
preventative maintenance this break could have been avoided. The DNR is requiring
Kayla to update the Village’s CMOM. Kayla stated the cost to fix the break between
Crockett Septic, Precision Excavation and the crews time was $20,482.82. Kayla
discussed looking into pipe asset management programs. Kayla has one quote for
$37,637.12. Kayla will obtain more quotes, and the committee will discuss this at the
next meeting.

committee will discuss this at the next meeting.
