NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Board Meeting October 14th, 2024 6:30 P.M. Biron Municipal Center, 451 Kahoun Rd, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Approve minutes from September 9th regular board meeting and September 23rd special board meeting 4. Public Comment 5. Finance & Budget Committee: Review all bills, non-lapsing accounts, and journal entries for the Village and Utilities departments; 6. Treasurer’s Report: Report of expenditures and receipts for September 7. Biron Volunteer Fire Department: September’s Monthly report 8. Personnel Committee: The Board of Trustees may vote to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to consider compensation for a non-elect staff position. Discussion and possible motion to reconvene in open session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning matter discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the agenda. 2025 Holiday Dates; Wage increase; WRS 2025 contributions; Insurance premium precentages; Combination Clerk/Treasurer update; Snow Plow policy 9.
