The Board of Trustees may vote to enter into Closed session per Wis.Statue §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. a. Discussion and possible action on applications for “Class B” alcohol license from CCDC Up River, LLC Jason Wardour Agent, Rooted in Red, LLC Rochelle Hoffman Agent, Somewhere Eles of Rapids Inc, Robert Larson Agent. b. Discussion and possbile action on applications for Class “B” beer from CCDC Up River, LLC Jason Wardour Agent, Rooted in Red, LLC, Rochelle Hoffman Agent, Somewhere Else of Rapids Inc, Robert Larson Agent. 5. Discussion and possible motion to reconvene in open session pursuant to Wis.Statue §19.85(2) for possible addional discussion and/or action concerning matters discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished items remaining on the agenda. 6.
