Call to order and certification of notice posting Karen called the meeting to order at noon. Katie certified that the notice had been posted at least 24 hours in advance, per statute, on the website and emailed to subscribers 2. Discussion and consideration of of Bohn Road bridge replacement project and proposal for engineering from CEDP, Inc (time critical: decision needed in order to meet timelines for grant funding opportunity) Kirk made a motion to approve the Phase 1 structure and sizing with CEDP in order to complete the county grant application. Motion carried 5-0 Discussion of Phase 2 will take place at the June board meeting. 3. Adjournment Alex made a motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 12:15
