ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Clark Arneson; Safety Services Manager/Police Chief Chris Olson; Scott Lepak of Barna, Guzy and Steffen , LTD; City Clerk Cathy Sorensen (for roll call purposes only). Present: 6 - Mayor Ryan, Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Swanson, Councilmember Clark, Councilmember Bourke, and Councilmember King Absent: 1 - Councilmember Herbst 3 New Business 3-1 Labor Negotiations - Police Patrol In accordance with the provisions of Minn. Stat. 13D.03, subd. 1(b) the Council met in closed session to discuss labor negotiations for police patrol. Discussed. Other Business Chief Olson informed the Council that they will be asked to consider approval of a settlement with the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust at an upcoming regular Council meeting.
