EDA RES 14-01 APPROVE 2014 SENIOR HOUSING RENTAL FEE SCHEDULE FOR BLAINE COURTS AND CLOVERLEAF COURTS Sponsors: Huss Attachments: 2014 Proposed Sr Housing Rent Schedules Sr Housing Rental Fees and SSI Benefits Finance Director Huss stated an amended fee schedule was discussed at a previous Workshop. He stated a fee increase of 3.5% for Cloverleaf Courts and 4% for Blaine Courts for 2014. He noted that a 5% increase is expected for the next five years. President Ryan commented a meeting with the residents is planned for January. He noted that some of the units are below rental market.
