Planning and Community Development Director Schafer stated as part of the

purchased nine homes along the east side. He stated two single-family homes
on the south side are ACCAP’s housing units for the RISE program that have
not been purchased. He stated the EDA is being asked to assist in the project
by providing funds to purchase the two homes. He commented the EDA
funds would be in the form of a loan to ACCAP and the loan would be
forgiven if ACCAP is successful in obtaining project financing and
completing the project per City approval.
Commissioner Bourke confirmed that if ACCAP could not get funding, the
City would get the two parcels back. Planning and Community Development
Director Schafer replied yes.

price. Planning and Community Development Director Schafer replied no,
just the two parcels.
