EXECUTIVE SESSION MEMORANDUM Bloomington Common Council – Executive Session Bloomington City Hall, Hooker Conference Room, 401 N. Morton Street, Bloomington, Indiana Friday, September 27, 2024 Meeting called to order: 12:03pm Chair: Isabel Piedmont-Smith Councilmembers present: Matt Flaherty, Isabel Piedmont-Smith, Kate Rosenbarger, Andy Ruff, Hopi Stosberg Councilmembers absent: Dave Rollo, Isak Asare, Courtney Daily, Sydney Zulich City staff, officials, and guests present: Margie Rice, Clerk Nicole Bolden An Executive Session of the City of Bloomington Common Council was held on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm in the Hooker Conference Room of the Showers City Hall located at 401 North Morton Street. The purpose of the Executive Session as authorized by IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5) was to receive information about and interview prospective employees. I hereby certify on behalf of the Common Council that no decisions were made or subject matter discussed in the Executive Session other than the subject matter specified herein and in the posted notice of the actual session.
