CITY OF BLUE SPRINGS, MISSOURI MINUTES OF BUDGET WORK SESSION AUGUST 12, 2021 A Budget Work Session of the City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri , was held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, 6:00 p.m . with Mayor Carson Ross presiding . As provided in Sections 610.020(1) and 610.020(4) RSMo ., the City Council participated in this meeting via video- conference and telephone to ensure safe social distancing measures were taken . A copy of the Budget Message and Proposed Budget At-A-Glance are attached to these Minutes and incorporated herein.
