Minutes of the Recreation Sub-Committee Meeting November 15, 2018 A regular meeting of the Recreation Sub-Committee was held on Thursday November 15, 2018 at the Fieldhouse. Staff: Nichole Cogbill Visitors/Correspondence: Introductions of all Parks and Recreation staff and commission members. Approval of Minutes: Minutes from previous Recreation Sub-Committee meeting were notioned by Kathy and then second by Brandon. Program Standard Reports: Staff reviewed their individual program reports. Richard asked what promotion ideas there were for Concert in the Park Series. Paul answered that food trucks and social media are some ideas of interest. Brandon asked what qualifies the home bound candidates. Marty answered that Mid-American does the interviews and they are looking at poverty levels, finances, and health issues. Upcoming Programs: Mary highlighted upcoming programs in the next few weeks.
