PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning RZ-09-15-4979 “Saint Luke’s Specialty Clinic” SE Corner of NE Adams Dairy Parkway & NE R. D. Mize Road Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Annex located at 1304 W Main Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Jeremy Bechtold, Saint Luke’s Health System to approve a Rezoning for the SE corner of NE Adams Dairy Parkway and NE R. D. Mize Road. The applicant is requesting a zoning change from “AG” (County Agricultural) to “SO/ADP-O” (Service Office / Adams Dairy Parkway Overlay) zoning district for the redevelopment of the site to permit medical office uses.
