Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Annex located at 1304 W Main Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Daniel Qualkinbush, applicant, to approve a Conditional Use Permit for a “Vehicle Repair, General” use located in a “LI” (Light Industrial) zoning district located at 3005 SW Westbound US 40 Highway.
