PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning / RZ-12-15-5125 “2501 NW South Outer Road” Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Annex located at 1304 W Main Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Steve Burmeister, Owner, to rezone 5.62 +\- acres of land. The applicant is requesting a zoning change from “GB” (General Business) to “RC” (Regional Commercial).
