NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building, 1100 SW Smith, Blue Springs, Missouri, regarding Annual Tax Increment Financing and Economic Development Incentive updates.
