Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Solar Pro Window Tinting, LLC / Darin & Theresa McCarthy, on behalf of Royal Investment Group, Inc. / Yu Min Xiao, Owner, to approve a Conditional Use Permit for a “Vehicle Repair – Limited” use, “vehicle window tinting,” located in a “GB” (General Business) zoning district located at 1857 SW 7 Highway.
