PUBLIC NOTICE Variance VAR-03-17-5736 “NW corner of 15th & Summit” “201 NW 15th Street” Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Blue Springs on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Chad McAtee, owner to approve a Variance request to Section 404.240, DDC, Downtown Development Code, subsection H, Parking Standards, requesting to allow the garages of two new homes to front to the street right-of- way, one will front to NW 15th Street and the other to NW Summit Street. Interested parties may view the application materials on file in the Community Development Department located at 903 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, MO.
