Discuss and approval of easement agreement o Chris Sandie, Director of Public Works, will discuss a request from Kevin Enyeart of DAK Realty Devco, LLC for a drainage easement on a portion of Lot 34 Chapman Farms Parcel ID: 2014-05 6. Discussion of potential Land Bank properties o Jacqueline Sommer, City Attorney, will discuss four parcels scheduled to be in the August 2017 Delinquent Land Tax Sale 7.
