PUBLIC NOTICE Vacation of Right-of-Way VAC-11-17-6093 “Eagles Ridge Estates PR-O Phase 1” East of intersection of SW 3rd Street and SW Webster Drive Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by David Ward, Blue Springs Safety Storage LLC, Owner, to vacate an existing city right-of-way on property located east of the intersection of SW 3rd Street and SW Webster Drive. The right-of-way is no longer necessary with the proposed street layout of the subdivision.
