Public Notice City of Blue Springs, Missouri Request for Proposals Down- town Blight Study The City of Blue Springs is requesting proposals from qualified persons or firms to complete a blight study of the downtown area. Interested propos- ers should review the specifications and attachments and submit a proposal to the Community Development Department by 4:30 PM on Friday, July 6, 2018. Proposals may be submitted via mail to Matt Wright, Senior Planner, 903 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, MO 64015 or in-person at 1304 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, MO 64015. Copies of the request for proposal document will be available on the City’s website at: http://www.bluespringsgov.com/bids.aspx. The City reserves the right to waive any informality, and/or to reject, at any time and for any reason, any and all proposals received.
