PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning / RZ-06-18-6434 Vacation / VAC-06-18-6435 “Jefferson Corner Self Storage” 651 NE Jefferson Street 36-500-03-55-00-0-00-000 / Jefferson Corner Lot 2 Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Justin Lee, Greenspace Development Partners, applicant, representing the owner, Ronald A. Mathers, to consider a rezoning from “RC/PUD/R-O” (Reginal Commercial / Planned Unit Development / Restricted Overlay) to “RC” (Regional Commercial) for 5.39 +\- acres. The applicant is also requesting the vacation of the “PUD” (Planned Unit Development) for Lot 2 of Jefferson Corner (part of the approved Jefferson Plaza PUD) for future “storage – residential warehouse” development. Interested parties may view the application materials on file in the Community Development Department located at 1304 W Main Street, Blue Springs, MO. The site is legally described as follows: Lot 2, JEFFERSON CORNER, a subdivision in Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri.
