PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning / RZ-07-18-6450 “Dean’s Performance Auto” 2700 NW South Outer Road 35-540-01-30-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building at 1100 SW Smith for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Jesse Crooks, Dean’s Performance Auto, applicant, representing the owner, Frank Thompson, to consider a rezoning from “GB” (General Business) to “RC” (Regional Commercial) for 0.88 +\- acres for future “outdoor sales and service – equipment” and “vehicle repair – general” land uses.
