Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street, Blue Springs, MO. The purpose of this meeting is to hear interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Tyler Sallee, on behalf of the property owner, Sallee Real Estate Investments, LLC, to approve a rezoning from “TF” (Two-Family Residential) and “MF-14” (Moderate Density Multi-Family) to “MF-14/PD” (Moderate Density Multi-Family/Planned Development) and to approve a Planned Development Concept Plan on a property generally located west of SE Chapman Ridge Drive approximately 250-ft. north of Colbern Road.
